- Description
Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark and Leader of the National Party, John Key competing in an 'NZ Idol' contest. They are singing about youth crime and while John Key sings 'Boot camps rule!' Helen Clark sings 'Stay in school!' The judges are puzzled and wonder if they are singing a duet. Refers to the problem of young offenders which has become an 2008 election issue and the stances taken by the two leaders, perhaps somewhat similar, on how best to deal with it.
