- Description
Rodney Hide the leader of the ACT Party is hanging by an unravelling thread on his jersey from a twig that clings to the edge of a cliff. MP David Garret was clinging to him but has now let go and is plummeting downwards. Rodney Hide is glad to have got rid of him as he now feels safe. Refers to the admission by David Garrett to stealing a dead child's identity in order to forge a passport many years ago as well as to one or two other dodgy past misdemeanours. Many predict the demise of the ACT Party because of this as well as other recent debacles.
