In the first of two frames Prime Minister John Key announces that New Zealand has various ways of dealing with undemocratic regimes; in Fiji we impose travel sanctions and (in the second frame) in Afghanistan we send troops to prop them up. In the second frame he is addressing American President Obama. Refers to the fact that New Zealand has sent SAS troops to Afghanistan to assist the Americans.
