Description

A police woman receives a message about someone smacking a child at the on call centre. She asks if it is inconsequential. Refers to the 'Ant-Smacking Bill' sponsored by Green MP, Sue Bradford. Refers to the phrase 'Inconsequential force' being introduced into the legislation which is intended to protect parents from prosecution in the event of their administering a smack that does no damage and is of no interest to the community.
