Description

Shows two ambulance men rushing 'Uncle Sam' on a stretcher along a corridor to 'Heart Transplant Surgery' One of them yells "Next stop - the embalmer". A terribly worried man (George Bush) stands wringing his hands in the doorway. Refers to the Wall Street crash of September 2008 that has sent the USA reeling and is having global repercussions. 'Uncle Sam' represents the United States.
