Description

A man with a can that he wants to fill with water because his radiator is overheating, stares at the empty river bed. A passing milk-tanker driver offers him some milk instead because he has plenty of it. The reference is probably to the Canterbury situation where dairy farmers are using a lot of the rather scarce water supplies.
