Finance Minister Bill English tells Prime Minister John Key about a surge in opposition to the sale of state assets, specifically Sonny Bill Williams. Context: SBW will leave the Chiefs and join the Japanese club Panasonic Wild Knights at the end of the Super Rugby season.
