Don Brash, the leader of the National Party and Gerry Brownlee, the Deputy leader, discuss with Lockwood Smith a strategy for getting the Prime Minister, Helen Clark, to dump Taito Phillip Field. Lockwood Smith thinks that a way of getting him dumped would be to put him on a hospital waiting list where cuts to the waiting list because of lack of funding cause people to be 'dumped'. Phillip Field has been cleared of charges of conflict of interest by the Ingram report, but who many think lacked judgement and should be dumped.
