In four frames two men chat as they have a beer. The first man asks the second what he thinks of the budget and the second man says it is good because he will get a tax cut in October but bad because if he loses his job he won't get it. The first man says that he needs to cross his fingers about that and the second man looks gloomy. Refers to the announcement of the 2008 Budget on May 22, 2008 and also the loss of a large number of jobs currently because of the world-wide economic downturn.
