Description

The cartoon shows Minister of Fisheries Phil Heatley sitting on the doctor's examination couch in his striped undershorts with a scattering of banknotes under his feet. As the doctor removes his rubber gloves at the sink he tells his patient that he has 'grossly enlarged entitle-itus'. Refers to Phil Heatley's inappropriate use of his tax-payer funded ministerial credit card. Gerry Brownlee was also accused of inappropriate use. Both apologised and paid back the money but Phil Heatley has resigned his portfolio.
