Shows the Prime Minister Helen Clark and Tariana Turia lining up to get to immunised by a nurse ready with a needle. Both Clark and Turia have their arms out. The nurse thinks they are getting immunised for Meningitis when Clark wants to be immunised against Gerry Brownlee and Turia against Helen Clark. Refers to the controversial Meningococcal B Immunisation Programme which commenced in July 2004. Also refers to relationships between politicians.
