Wellington's run down airport building (a converted hangar) behind a newly-erected huge billboard showing a modern airport next to the runway. A plane containing the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh is about to land. Refers to the Duke's negative comments about the state of Wellington's airport on a previous visit in 1977 and the city's attempts to give a false impression that things have improved in the last 5 years.
