Shows a Rastafarian man reading a newspaper. He declares "That's it! I'm voting for Labour! I like their health policy! Says they're gonna fund 10,000 extra joint procedures!". In the last frame the man is holding a cannabis cigarette or 'joint'. Refers to the Labour party's promises in regards to health policy in the build up the the 2005 General Elections. Also refers to the intelligence of voters.
