The cartoon shows a lakeside scene with mountains and bush. Two 'officials' from the 'Neighbourhood Freedom Camp Watch Committee' have parked their 'Ban Freedom Camping' van near a camper van that is parked near the lake. Signs read 'Welcome to New Zealand - Bring your own toilet' and 'No loo - No camping'. One of the men says to the other 'That was embarrassing - I had to ask them if I could use their loo'. Context - The cartoon illustrates the move to ban 'freedom camping' because a few campers have not dealt with their waste properly.
