A female parking warden writes out a fine for a man who has overstayed his time on a parking metre. She says that he should consider himself lucky. Refers to the News poster standing on the street nearby that says that 'EU fines Microsoft $NZ1.6 billion'. Refers to the European Union fining Microsoft for anti-competitive behaviour in that the corporation failed to comply with demands that it share vital parts of its software with rivals.
