Two men discuss the possibility of American Vice-president, Dick Cheney, using nuclear weapons against Iran if he could prove they were developing nuclear capability. The verdict is that if he could shoot a friend because he thought he was a bird then he could attack Iran. Dick Cheney glowers malevolently in the front left of the image. Dick Cheney accidentally shot a friend while out hunting not so long ago.
