People from New Zealand shout for Mr Bollard but a man shouts for Steve Irving, wondering where he is when we need him. Refers to the economic downturn at the beginning of 2008. Mr Bollard is the Governor of the Reserve Bank and Steve Irving was an Australian crocodile hunter and wildlife expert who was killed by a stingray barb.
