A shrub which grows without any root out of the trunks of the tallest trees ... [mistletoe] 3. Climbing myrtle ...a beautiful shrubby plant ... twines around very high trees, often altogether covering them ... its flowers of an elegant crimson grow in very large branches ... in New Zealand [rata]
