A climber representing 'jobs' struggles to gain a foothold as he tries to climb a very difficult cliff face that represents the 'Jobs Summit'. As he struggles he mutters to himself that he 'must get a foothold' etc. Refers to the 'Jobs Summit' which is being convened February 27 by the government in response to the rapidly deepening world economic crisis.
