- Description
A man representing 'BP' stands up to his nose in the sea - he sticks the finger of his right hand into an oil leak, thus stemming it, and ensures that the other hand, clutching banknotes, remains out of the water. Refers to the disastrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico for which BP is ultimately responsible and suggests that while BP tries to plug the leak they are ensuring the security of their wealth.
