A decorative cover showing insets of the Prince of Wales and the British coat of arms, New Zealand clematis, coats of arms of New Zealand and Auckland, the English rose and Scottish thistle, and a view of Auckland Harbour. All is within a pale blue border of Maori motifs and Prince of Wales plumes. The ship HMS Renown is shown as bottom centre.
