Description

Shows ACT leader Richard Prebble bowing out as he stands down and states that ACT needs a fresh face. The new leader is hiding behind a curtain and only presents a theatrical mask in his hand. Cartoon depicts Richard Prebble's resignation as the ACT party's leader, and his neutral stance in recommending the next leader among the current party members. The neutral stance may enable him to have more influence over the appointment of the next ACT leader. The mask suggests that there may not be much difference in the style of the old and new leaders.
