Shows a small fat 'Junkjet' flying across the sky above a child holding a bucket and wearing a 'Child Cancer Appeal' tshirt. A voice from inside the plane points out the child to 'Madame Speaker' (Margaret Wilson) and says that on their return to New Zealand they must pass a law to stop kids begging at airports. Because she is seen from a distance the child collecting for the Cancer appeal is mistaken for a child begging. Refers to the overseas trip to Eastern Europe for four retiring MPs which many consider a junket.
