Description

The cartoon shows two men with a peace treaty. They are waiting for Rhodesian leader Ian Smith to come and sign it, wondering what is keeping him. Next to them is a well built Rhodesian man with an axe and a choppng block, a sign reads, put your head on the block here. Next to him is another Rhodesian, in military uniform, with a sign saying, hand your gun over here. Refers to the troubles in Rhodesia under the leader Ian Smith and to a possible paece treaty.
