Shows three people dancing with delight and singing 'Ding dong, the witch is dead!!' because dodgy real estate agents are being targeted with the new rules for reforming the Real Estate sector. On a house in the cartoon hangs a sign saying 'Real Estate reform'. On the ground trapped under the house lies a real estate agent whose suitcase bearing the words 'Dodgy agents' stands beside her. Prime Minister, Helen Clark, holds a basket in which sits a puppy with the face of Associate Justice Minister Clayton Cosgrove who has been given the task of leading the real estate reform.
