From behind her skirts peeps leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters. Refers to the investigations into donations recieved by New Zealand First by the Serious Fraud Office and the parliamentary Privileges Committee and Helen Clark's dilemma around being fair and just since he has not yet been found guilty and a need to distance herself from him.
