Description

Cartoon shows two American soldiers wading through chest deep water holding their weapons above their heads. One of them fears quicksand but the other says there is no such thing as quicksand in Afghanistan. Refers to the Afghan war and is a metaphoric comment on the fear of being 'sucked into' another war rather like Vietnam.
