Description

There are two frames. The first shows Sydney with barricades and traffic jams caused by the APEC meeting held September 2007. In the foreground a grinning American President, George W Bush stands with Australian Prime Minister, John Howard. The president makes a speech full of his usual blunders and mispronunciations. When he talks about going nuclear, Prime Minister, Helen Clark groans and then begins to morph into former Prime Minister, Rob Muldoon. In the last corner Muldoon picks the president up and goes to toss him off the roof of the Sydney Opera House. Refers to the APEC meeting of 2007 in which Bush and Howard agreed to look at nuclear energy as a means of defeating global warming and also former Prime Minister, Mike Moore's comment that Helen Clark was becoming like Muldoon.
