Shows Prime Minister, John Key, licking his lips with delight as he gloats over a secret hoard of money. At the same time with his right hand he manipulates a glove puppet that represents 'generators' that in turn manipulates a second glove puppet representing 'distributors' that in turn squeezes money out of a 'consumer' who is using a little electric heater which has a cord leading into the secret stash of money. Each of the glove puppets rakes the money into the secret stash. Refers to the news that power providers have overcharged consumers by more than $4 billion over the past six years., and have been allowed to do this by the government.
