Description

Cartoon shows a television with the ghostly face of former MP Winston Peters across the screen. Test reads 'Petersgeist...' and says 'He's baaaaack??' The word 'Foreshore' also appears in the cartoon. Refers to the return of Winston Peters to the political scene after a six month break starting from his failure to retain his seat in the 2008 election. Winston Peters has waded into the Foreshore and Seabed row stating his opinion that the law which was enacted in 2005 should not be repealed by the present National government in an effort to appease the Maori Party.
