The title reads 'Walk like an Egyptian (president)' and shows Egypt's President Mubarak stepping on terrified people as he marches in his huge shoes across the sands of Egypt. One of the people screams 'That's not what we meant by stepping down!' Context - the massive uprising against Mubarak in Egypt; at this point Mubarak remains in power and says that he will step down at the next election in 6 months time - the people are not prepared to wait.
