- Description
Shows a faceless figure representing the National Party standing in a spotlight. The figure wears a huge belted coat beneath which it is keeping its policy agenda. Several items of the agenda fall out from beneath the coat in a series of bangs. The first is the policy on Kiwisaver, the second the policy on road tolls and the third policy on Kiwibank. Each of these policies has been 'leaked' or declared prematurely. The National Party was being accused of being slow to declare policy and also to change their minds about policy they had already commented on.
