Original owner of the farm at 135 Boundary Road, Mataura (Tuturau District) was Alexander Cockburn from Scotland who purchased 240 acres in 1874. In 2007 the property was owned by his great-grandson Ken Moseby and his wife Sue.
In 2006 the property was awarded the New Zealand Century Farm and Station award to mark over 100 years of continuous ownership by one family.
