Farm located in Mataura. Original owner of the property was Alex Cockburn who went to Mataura in 1867 and settled on the land ca 1872 with his wife Helen and family. He purchased 240 acres in the Tuturau Survey District, Southland. In 2006 the property was owned by his great-grandson Ken Moseby and his wife Sue and was awarded the NZ Century Farm and Station Award to mark 100 years of continuous ownership by one family.
