The scene shows President George Bush and Vice President, Dick Cheney preparing to launch a missile to Iran as a Christmas present. A man rushes into the room waving an NIE report which states that Iran stopped trying to make nuclear weapons some time ago. George Bush does not think such a report should be taken seriously as the NIE also stated that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. Refers to statement from the National Intelligence Estimate that Iran stopped developing nuclear weapons in 2003.
