Description

Shows Prime Minister Helen Clark holding up a newspaper with the heading 'Goff questions Clark leadership'. On a couch nearby sits Phil Goff clutching a briefcase and looking uncomfortable. Helen Clark says to him that rats leave a sinking ship, they don't scuttle it.
