Description

Shows a group of businessmen praying around a statue of a bull labelled 'corporate greed'. Nearby the chief of the Reserve Bank, Alan Bollard, descends down a mountainside carrying two graven stones bearing the words 'lower' and 'prices'. Refers to a demand from the Reserve Bank that prices of fuel, groceries and other commodities be lowered in order to stimulate spending in New Zealand's attempts to deal with the flow-on effect of the global economic crisis. The suggestion is that 'corporate greed' caused the economic catastrophe and solutions are largely in their hands.
