Cadastral street map of land blocks in part of Petone, from Gear Street southwards to the Esplanade, and westwards to Beach Street. Streets are named, sections are numbered with acreage, some groups of sections are highlighted. Pencil annotations on the map concern sections numbers 115-122 and 1 and 2, Victoria Street, at the Jackson Street intersection. Four of these have the annotation 'Not Gear', while four are marked with a cross and a number.
