Central Auckland mayor, John Banks, asks the mirror on the wall who will be the most powerful of all. The image reflected in the mirror shows John Banks wearing robes and a huge crown; the image says that John Banks as king of Auckland shall be the most powerful of all. Refers to the debate about reducing the seven Auckland mayoralties to one with a single mayor and the sense that John Banks rather prematurely sees himself in that role.
