Shows several amputees walking with their crutches out of a bank in which sits a grimacing banker with a huge double axe who has just chopped interest rates on loans he has given the amputees. As the amputees cross the road to the Prosthesis Warehouse a warehouse salesman comments that he hopes that Bill English does not persuade banks to lower their mortgage breaking fees or they will be out of business. Refers to the requirement that banks reduce their interest rates as an attempt to manage the recession.
