Description

The cartoon shows a small island, New Zealand, with a small pipe reading, Motunui, dripping small amounts of pollution into the sea. Looking over their shoulders the New Zealanders notice a Frenchman from another island waving and saying hello. He is standing next to a pipe that reads, Mururoa, which is pouring huge amounts of pollution into the sea. The New Zealander's look shocked. Refers to the synthetic fuels plant at motunui and to nuclear weapons testing at Mururoa Atoll.
