Description: The cartoon shows a small island, New Zealand, with a small pipe reading, Motunui, dripping small amounts of pollution into the sea. Looking over their shoulders the New Zealanders notice a Frenchman from another island waving and saying hello. He is standing next to a pipe that reads, Mururoa, which is pouring huge amounts of pollution into the sea. The New Zealander's look shocked.
