- Description
There are four frames showing three businessmen around a table at a bar. In the first frame one of the men complains that the government's obsession with tax is stifling business activity. In the second two frames another of the men tells them that they are talking nonsense and that he has never been so busy and there has never been so much money sloshing around. As he walks off in the fourth frame one of the remaining two men expresses amazement and is told by the other that the busy man works in IRD. Refers to accusations that the government is taxing the public too highly and that there is a lot of money in the coffers.
