Description

Shows Dr Don Brash, leader of the National Party, with a large net 'Tax Policy', in a river. He says "Whitebait? I'm after VOTERS". A whitebait fisherman is standing on the edge of the river with his arms crossed. He tells Brash "You're gonna need a bigger net!". Refers to the tax cuts that National Party promised in the 2005 General Election to attract voters.
