Description

The cartoonist in four frames tries to explain the circular argument of saving to bring down debt but buying to keep shops going, buying assets that we already own with money we borrow from the banks which means the banks will have to borrow heaps but because we don't save... The cartoonist is perplexed. Context - The New Zealand economy.
