Description

A moth in flight, shown with pupa and caterpillar. According to artist's notes `Taken on the Glycine apios but feeds most frequent on grass in Cornfields. The Caterpillars will eat each other, if put together in the same box. Went into the ground 11th Septr., bred 1st Octr. Is not common'.
