Description

Shows a large tar baby with a bandaged head sitting on a rock in a desert. On the bandage is the word 'Iraq'. American President George W. Bush is totally stuck to the tar baby. Prime Minister, Helen Clark stands observing while British Prime Minister, Tony Blair who is half stuck to the tar baby, points to Bush and cheerfully says that at least it keeps him engaged in world affairs. Refers to the Iraq war and Blair's attempts to disengage British troops.
