Description

An adviser arrives at the desk of Sue Bradford, Green MP, and tells her that they have got their first request for special dispensation from the Child Smacking Ban. Sue Bradford expresses disappointment that already someone wants to bend the rules but she is told it is Paul Holmes, TV broadcaster and celebrity. Refers to the fact that Paul Holmes' adopted daughter, Millie Elder, who was arrested on drugs and theft charges in 2007.
