The yellow dancing jacket were what he wore when he took part in the 'Dancing with the stars' competition. The rest refers to Rodney Hide's afforts as Minister of Local Government, to force Auckland into becoming one huge supercity that incorporates all the current seven local councils into a single council and mayor,
