Description

Transcripts of diaries of Charles Robson and his daughter Amy Robson. Those of Charles Robson contain brief entries detailing his life on lighthouses around New Zealand from 1872 to 1903. Amy Robson then a 16 year old, recorded a trip on the Hinemoa around the Snares and southern part of of the South Island, arranged by the Government Light Service for her father and family upon his retirement.
